Priority 1: Crash on Android app version 5.61.0 when submitting measurement-actions with patient information

    We hebben een nieuwe appversie uitgerold voor Android met een oplossing voor dit probleem. Als de patiënt update naar versie 5.61.1, is het probleem verholpen. Versie 5.61.1 is direct beschikbaar voor alle Android-gebruikers.

    Android-gebruikers krijgen bij het openen van de Thuismeten app een melding om te updaten.

    Our developers have created a fix for the crash issue on Android 5.61.0. It is currently undergoing thorough testing. Once it passes all tests successfully, we will publish a new app version.

    Situation:

    In Android app version 5.61.0, the app crashes when submitting an action that includes both measurements and patient information. Submitting actions with only measurements does not cause a crash. This issue does not occur on iOS (iPhone, iPad).

    Complication:

    Due to the crash, actions containing patient information cannot be submitted successfully. There is currently no workaround available.

    Next steps:

    We are investigating this issue with the highest priority. We will share an update as soon as more information or a solution is available.

    The queue has cleared and all alerts and workflows are fully up to date again.

    Situation:

    There is a delay in the processing of measurements.

    Complication:

    Alerts are created with a delay, which may affect timely follow-up and delay in workflows. Patients can still submit their measurements correctly.

    Next steps:

    Our developers are actively working on resolving the issue. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    No action is required from healthcare providers. Measurements remain visible on the patient level.

Priority 4 issue: Problem with planned actions when changing to protocol without schedule

    We’ve released the fix. The issue can no longer occur. All “stopped” actions have been removed for affected patients. And new patients will no longer see these actions when moved to a protocol without a schedule.

    Situation

    When a patient is switched to a protocol without any schedules (like a view-only protocol), actions from the previous protocol remain visible.

    Complication

    These old actions are shown to the patient but cannot be completed. A message says they are “stopped,” which can cause confusion.

    Next steps

    We will release a permanent fix upcoming Tuesday or Wednesday. All “stopped” actions will be removed for affected patients, and the issue will no longer occur for new patients.

    Context on protocols without schedule
    A protocol without a schedule has no planned actions. You can recognise this by opening the protocol, where you will see the message: You have not added any schedules yet. Click on the button "Add schedule".

    On May 1st, maintenance will be performed to ensure the old URL cvitals.focuscura.com will no longer be in use. A very small number of Luscii users was still using this link, these users have been personally informed with instructions to switch to the URL vitals.luscii.com

    The performance of Luscii vitals is not affected during this maintenance.

    • Alerts may temporarily be inaccessible.
