De oplossing is nu uitgebracht en getest op de productieomgeving. Patiënten met de status 'aangemaakt' kunnen de disclaimer weer accepteren en daardoor kunnen zij inloggen in de Thuismeten app. We blijven de oplossing monitoren.

The solution has delivered the desired result and works as expected on the iOS and Android acceptance and test environments after multiple tests. The solution has now been released and tested on the production environment. Patients with the 'created' status can accept the disclaimer again, allowing them to log in to the Luscii app. We will continue to monitor the solution.

Wij doen momenteel onderzoek naar een probleem waarbij op zowel iOS als op Android patiënten met de status ‘aangemaakt’ de disclaimer van de Thuismeten app niet kunnen accepteren. Door dit probleem kunnen zij niet voor een eerste keer in de Thuismeten app inloggen. Actieve patiënten ervaren geen problemen doordat zij de disclaimer al hebben geaccepteerd.

We are currently investigating an issue where patients with the status of 'created' on both iOS and Android are unable to accept the disclaimer for the Luscii app. This issue prevents them from logging in to the Luscii app for the first time. Active patients do not experience any problems because they have already accepted the disclaimer.
